We know that there are many charities and projects where smaller grants can make a major difference. We therefore have a Small Health and Wellbeing grants programme, where decisions are made on the basis of the application form, your accounts and references. No visits by Trustees are undertaken.
For the financial year 2024/25, we will only award one-off grants of £5,000 each, which do not have to be project-related and can be for core costs. Closing dates for 2024/25 are as follows:
Round 1: 12th July 2024 at 5pm
Round 2: 8th November 2024 at 5pm
Round 3: 7th March 2025 at 5pm.
Applicants will usually be notified of the outcome within four weeks of the closing date.
NB Owing to unprecedented demand for our funding, and in the interests of distributing grants fairly, we have introduced new criteria for repeat applications:
- previous or current grant-holders must wait two full years from the end of their grant before submitting another application;
- unsuccessful applicants must wait two years from the submission date of their previous application.
