Health and wellbeing grants
Health and wellbeing grants
We are interested in healthcare projects that support and inform population health and wellbeing in Cambridgeshire. Applications in the range of £10,000 up to a maximum of £250,000 are invited. Over the past five years, we have awarded a total of £1.3m, with a range of £13,500 - £120,000 and an average of £47,000 per grant.
Applications must be received by 30 November in each annual round.
The Trustees have decided for the first time to ringfence a significant proportion of our Health and Wellbeing fund for this application year and next to the theme of 'Mental Health in Children and Young People'. Please see the Health and Wellbeing application guidelines for more detail.
There is a rolling small grants programme under which applications in the range £4,000 to £10,000 are considered quarterly. In the past five years we have given £495,000 in Small H&W grants, at an average of £7,400. NOTE: the small grants programme is not included in the 'Mental Health in Children and Young People' theme, although we will still consider small applications that deal with this issue.
Grants are distributed at the Trust's discretion to selected charities, institutions and causes. Its reasoning behind its funding decisions cannot be discussed with applicants.
First read the health and wellbeing application guidelines for more about our funding criteria.
